Nevertheless, we  are no Certified Financial Advisors, no Registered Securities Brokers, Broker/Dealers and/or Stock Brokers.

We’re a business consultant who provides advice to private individuals  and companies on or about business matters. Any reference to a specific trading strategy is only to assist, and shall NEVER be relied upon when making future investment decisions. The final and definitive business decision remains the responsibility of the parties to the transaction and as such,  neither INTERNATIONAL TRADE POINT nor Ambarazul, LLC or their  managing director, members, partners or employees shoulder any responsibility for the failure of either one or both parties to conduct their own due diligence.

We accept no responsibility for any fraudulent comments, documents, POP, POF or actions undertaken or executed by Buyer/Seller or Buyer/Sellers mandate who hold INTERNATIONAL TRADE POINT (Ambarazul, LLC) harmless for any damages caused.
